A valuable opportunity to get informed about detail of recent developments around human rights, to share insights and to consider how we can work together to ensure human rights are defended in Scotland.
This roundtable will include looking at:

* where things are at with Brexit & any impact upon human rights in Scotland;
* the report of the UN Special Rapporteur on Extreme Poverty and Human Rights, Philip Alston’s visit to the UK.
There will also be an opportunity for members to share information about human rights work that they are involved with in order to inform others, gain support and/or gather advice and feedback from other members. Let us know by email if you would like to talk for up to 5 mins about your organisation’s work or a particular human rights-related issue.
This roundtable will be 10.30am-12.30pm, followed by lunch, in central Edinburgh.
